I believe that everyone has the ability, given the right tools and a safe space in which to be fully seen and heard, to lead a happy and fulfilling life. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.

My counselling background is in the Person-Centred approach, Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy along with Guided Drawing..
I have studied with Internationally recognised experts in their field such as Cornelia Elbrecht, Bessel Van der Kolk and Linda Thai. I also specialise in Grief & Loss, Trauma, Somatic techniques for nervous system regulation and adult child survivors of abusive parents.
I grew up in the Middle East, Mediterranean and Continental Europe, and have personal experience and awareness of Difference, Diversity, and Intersectionality.

I have 6 years personal experience caring for an adult loved one, diagnosed and living with a degenerative terminal illness.
I speak 2 languages, I am a mother and grandmother.

My aim is to offer you a space in your week, where the focus is entirely on you and your needs. Where you can give yourself permission to freely and safely, explore your own thoughts, emotions, challenges, and achievements without fear of judgement.

My aim is to offer you a space in your week, where the focus is entirely on you and your needs. Where you can give yourself permission to freely and safely, explore your own thoughts, emotions, challenges, and achievements without fear of judgement.
At times during our sessions, you may find that words are too much or too scary to verbalise and you may want to express yourself on paper instead, you may cry, you may find words aren’t enough and you need to stand up and move around to release tension or pummel a cushion…all of that is ok.
My role is to support you while you explore whatever brings you to counselling, and to experience yourself both as an individual independent from your daily role and yet also feel empowered to be who you want to be, to the person or people you are close to.
If I am the right fit for you, I will work with you at a pace that suits you, your needs, and commitments.
I offer a variety of counselling services to meet the unique needs of my clients, including individual counselling, ,group therapy, guided drawing therapy and non-violent communication coaching.
