My individual counselling services are designed to help you overcome personal challenges and achieve your goals. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behaviours, and develop strategies for positive change.
Whether you want to work on your personal or professional relationships or interactions in stressful situations, these sessions are tailored to your specific needs, and include printed materials & further resources to support you.

This is a non-verbal therapy, where pastels, chalks and paint can be used to release emotions stuck within the body. There is no need to talk about an event ; this is a trauma-informed body-based session using the arms and hands on paper. Unlike Art Therapy, there is no psychoanalysing of what you create, healing happens during the doing not by the result on the paper.
Group therapy can be a powerful way to connect with others who are going through similar challenges. My group therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment where you can share your experiences and learn from others. Groups are mixed gender with a minimum of 3 and maximum of 7 people. Location will depend on numbers attending.

I understand that life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person sessions. That's why I offer an online service that allows you to connect with me from the comfort of your own home/ office/ car etc. Our online sessions are secure, private, and convenient. In order to make sure that our sessions are confidential, I ask you to make sure that you are not in the same space as others, and that you will not be overheard or interrupted by others during the call. I generally use WhatsApp video calls for these sessions so that you don't have to have access to a computer.
